A: Basically, an HOA management company assists your neighborhood’s board with any and all day-to-day tasks that help successfully run your neighborhood. This typically includes guiding the board and consulting on any additional duties that need to be fulfilled; executing any decisions and policies approved by the board; and maintaining important documents (accounting, records, etc.) for the HOA.
